I figured out how to unpack the dzip with Gibb's RED Tools and I found out from verbal050382 that to combine the Always Win Dice Poker and Arm Wrestling mod with another mod, I just copy over the files from the 'minigames' folder in the base_scripts over to the other mod's 'minigames' folder.
